Les Fleurs de Graville Graves Blanc :

• Manual selection of the oldest vines in the vineyard
• Fermentation, batonnage, and aging in fine-grained Hermitage barrique
• Aged in new oak barrels for 8 months
• Bottled unfiltered; very small production

Château Roumieu-Lacoste Sauternes, Château Roumieu-Lacoste Sauternes “Cuvée Léon,” Château Roumieu-Lacoste Sauternes “Cuvée André”

• Harvested in October
• Fermented in stainless steel
• Aged in 225-L barrels from Bordelaise oak (50% new oak, 50% 1 year old oak) for 16 months (depending on cuvée)
• Léon produced only following superior botrytis conditions and André produced only in select years, exceptional botrytis conditions permitting. Both have more intense concentrations and residual sugar levels than the classic cuvée.
